I haven’t been able to wrap my head around what’s more frightening – filming a tv show or watching yourself on tv when that show airs. But what I can tell you is there’s no better feeling than being scared out of your mind & realizing, soon after, that you’re capable of more than you give yourself credit for. That you are stronger, and smarter, and braver than you realize every morning when you wake up. We all are. I pinky-promise you that.

Three women claim to be Jen Glantz but only one really is the mis-matched// unpredictably clumsy// founder of Bridesmaid for Hire. See who the judges pick as the real Bridesmaid for Hire (on ‪#‎ABC‬‪#‎ToTellTheTruth‬

Ps. The thought of there being 3 Jen Glantz’s is some people’s worst nightmare. Those people probably are the local NYC librarians // any audience who sits through my stand comedy routine // and any guy who has ever been brave enough to take me on a first date.

PS. My new book ALWAYS A BRIDESMAID (FOR HIRE) is now available! Buy it now & be the first to open it on February 7th 2017.

I’m Jen Glantz. I’ve been a published writer for over 13 years, spilling my words into magazines (ranging from style to scuba diving), newspapers, websites and even this one time, a speech, for someone who didn’t speak a word of English. What drives my words, my site, my writing, is the power of relating to people. I find that many people, especially young girls, feel so alone and quite often they feel embarrassed. I want to shatter those feelings! I want them to read what I write and understand that it’s okay to be a little outside of the box, but most importantly, that it is okay to just be who they are.
